This site collects only what is needed to answer your message, and nothing else. Here is exactly what happens to your data.
What is collected
The only form on this site is the one on the contact page. It asks for three things: your name, your email address and the text of your message.
Nothing else is requested, and nothing else is stored.
What it is used for
Answering your request, and nothing more. Your data is never used for marketing, never sold or passed on to a commercial third party, and never added to a mailing list.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: you write in to ask a question or book a session, and answering means handling your message.
Who can see it
Charlotte Mousset alone. No one else reads these messages.
Technical provider
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which also delivers form messages to Charlotte Mousset's mailbox. In doing so, Cloudflare, Inc. acts as a processor.
This involves a transfer of data to the United States, outside the European Union. It is covered by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
How long it is kept
Your messages are kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. It uses no trackers, no analytics tool and no advertising network.
That is also why no banner asks for your consent when you arrive: there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access the data held about you, to have it corrected or erased, or to object to it being processed.
An email to contact@charlottemousset.com is enough. You will get an answer within one month.
If you disagree
If an answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or at cnil.fr.
